This Privacy Policy explains how InventoryHQ collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our admin panel, website, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information such as name, email address, role, and login credentials.
  • Company information entered into the platform by authorized users.
  • Subscription and package-related information.
  • Contact message details submitted through the platform.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the InventoryHQ platform.
  • Manage user accounts, authentication, and permissions.
  • Process subscriptions, packages, and related operational records.
  • Respond to support requests and contact messages.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and platform usage.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, technical partners, or where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring that information entered into the platform is accurate and authorized.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party infrastructure or integrations. Their handling of data is governed by their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

8. Advertising and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, and the Meta pixel to measure how our advertising performs. The Meta pixel shares limited information about your visit — such as the pages you view, demo form submissions, and clicks to start a free trial — with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and optimization. We do not send Meta your name, email address, or other contact details.

In regions where prior consent is required, the Meta pixel does not run until you accept on our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Elsewhere, you may opt out through your Meta ad preferences or your browser and device settings.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
