2. Authorized Use

5. Company and Subscription Data

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all company, subscription, package, and operational data entered into the system.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to the platform, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, design elements, and related materials within InventoryHQ remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reused without proper authorization.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or damage the application.
  • Bypass security controls, permissions, or access restrictions.
  • Introduce malicious code, scripts, or harmful files into the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InventoryHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Suspension and Termination

Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated at any time if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if continued access creates operational, legal, or security risk.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
